Cherokee Assisting with the Plant Riverside Transformation

Savannah, Georgia
The Kessler hotel group is revitalizing the river district of Savannah with a new iconic JW Marriott hotel. Cherokee was contracted to place concrete on all four of the hotel’s structures: Atlantic Building, Power Plant Building, Three Muses Building, and a 488-space parking deck. The project will cover 4.5 acres with 670,000 square feet of entertaining and hospitality space, along 419 hotel rooms. A multitude of line and boom pumps along with Cherokee’s Loopbelt were utilized on the project. The hotel is scheduled to open in July.
